  • floundering to freedom

    I was having a bit of an identity crisis, floundering to figure out what was next and how to move forward. I was struggling to reconcile my vision of myself with my new reality. Ali i had me expand my definition of myself and my life – for the first time I really thought of myself as the sum of many parts not just the sum of my career. Through the course of coaching Ali consistently provided objective insight and challenged me. It was a completely liberating experience, helping me focus on how I wanted to move forward in the expanded definition of myself. .
